At Squid Entertainment LLC we understand that events don’t always go as planned. That’s why our cancellation policy keeps things easy, flexible and fair for everyone involved. Please see our policies below.
Please carefully read our cancellation policies.
Customers who cancel at least 14 days before their scheduled event shall receive a FULL refund of any payments or deposits made to Squid Entertainment LLC within 3-4 business days.
Cancellations made 7-13 days before the scheduled event shall receive a 50% refund of any payments or deposits made to Squid Entertainment LLC OR may apply the full amount toward a future booking within 12 months of their original scheduled date.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled date of the event are non-refundable, as the rental equipment and staff have already been reserved. However, customers may reschedule one time (subject to availability) within the next 6 months at no additional cost.
In the event that severe weather (e.g., heavy rain, high winds or lightning) makes setup unsafe, customers may reschedule their event within 12 months with no penalty. Refunds may be issued at the company’s discretion if rescheduling isn’t possible.
In the unlikely event that Squid Entertainment LLC must cancel due to equipment damage, staffing issues or other unforeseen circumstances, customers will receive a full refund OR the option to reschedule at no charge.
